Ed. Sagot: Paris, 1893. first edition. Octavo. 439 pp. Bookplate of Rudolph Wurlitzer on inside front cover. Quarter red leather with marbled boards. Raised bands with gilt title at spine. Speckled edges and marbled end-papers. Inside is clean and crisp. Pages evenly and lightly toned. Boards and spine somewhat faded with a few minor scuffs but overall a very nice copy.

A nice copy of this book which was considered important in its time and which was the personal copy of the violin dealer Rudolph Wurlitzer.
