Symphonie Concertante, K364, Parts, OLE BULL'S COPY, "Sinfonie Pour Violin & Viola (Alto) Concertante Avec Accompagnement De 2 Violons, 2 Altos, 2 Hautbois, 2 Cors, Violoncelle & Basse Ou De Pianoforte...composé Par W.A. Mozart, Op. 104".

André: Offenbach am Main, [mid-19th c.]. Pl.n Plate 1588. Octavo. 23 + 12 pp. (piano arrangement); 12 + 9 + 8 + 7 + 8 + 5 + 3 + 3 + 3 + 3 pp. (orchestral parts). Remnants of original paper wrapper, otherwise unbound, spines all reinforced with blue paper tape. Wrappers chipped and tattered, outer leaves of one solo violin part separated; orchestral parts in beautiful condition - overall very good.
Full set of 10 orchestral parts, together with the piano arrangement edition by Franz Xavier Gleichauf, and with a second solo violin part (no second solo viola part).Formerly the copy of the famous Norwegian violinist Ole Bull. Signed by him in pencil "Ole Bull" on wrapper, as well as on all the parts (except the orchestral viola part). A pencilled note in Bull's hand on the wrapper also notes "played with Helmesberger Freimar [?] 1878." This set of parts could not have been used in their present state however, as the orchestral first violin part has been rendered unusable by paper binding tape having sealed the open leaves shut.Provenance: Ole Bull by descent.
