In very good condition with a vertical crease.The eminent French pianist has penned the first two bars of Beethoven's Piano Sonata No. 26 in E-flat major, Op. 81a, commonly known as Les Adieux. Beethoven famously wrote the words Lebewohl (Farewell) over these three notes.
