Folio. 30 pp. Title page browned, lower corner soiled, occasional foxing, some waterstaining pp. 21-25, outer edges tattered, last page soiled and rubbed, stamps from previous owners throughout, otherwise very good.
Full score. Adapted from the chorus "Ihr Kinder des Staubes," no. 7b from "Thamos, König in Aegypten." Other sections of "Thamos" appeared as motets as early as 1798, but this is the first printing of this chorus in any version. The original version of "Thamos" was not printed until long after this edition.
